He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Phil Procter. He is survived by: his son Chad; his wife Sandy (Ratzlaff); his children, Linda Gueningsman (Mark) and Eric Thelen; his grandchildren, Milo and Tytan Gueningsman; and his siblings, David (Kathi), Greg (Gretchen), Wendy Sevlie (Tom), Dan (Mary Jo), Jim (Mary), Wanda Proctor, Mary Huiskes (Jim), Debbie Livecche (Louie), Peter (Cindi), Julie Logan (Mike Greene) and Bob Thelen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In honor of Jeff's life and his dedicated heart for service, the family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Red Cross.
