He is survived by: his wife Carma Jean; his children, Michael O'Callaghan (Lu Ann), Kathleen Radice (Joe), Erin Egstad (Dave), Grayce Ann Kadelbach (Fred), Tammy French (Perry), Connie Kvam (Jeff) and Christina Shiels (Robert); and his sister Jean Kirchner. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
