Andy Formo Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on October 16, 2022, at the age of 89, Andy Formo of Fergus Falls, Minnesota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Andy Formo to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Formo and Myrtle Formo (Thompson); his wife Patricia Formo; his brothers, David (Eunie Formo), Milton (Deloris Formo), Kenny (Leone Formo), Richard (Sally Formo), Joe Christenson, Eugene (Minerva Leitch), Dennis Leitch and Ben Williams; his daughters, Theresa Marshall and Sharon Currier; his granddaughters, Stacey Korby and Shari Mostue; and his stepson-in-law Brad Muchow.

He is survived by: his children, Diane Arnold (Tim) of Clear Lake, Cathy Hagaman (Tom) of Hinckley, Larry Formo of Kingman, AZ, Nancy Korby (Rick Vold) of Fergus Falls, Jeanie Hutchins (Gary) of Fergus Falls and Tracy Muchow (Russ) of Fergus Falls; his grandchildren, Travis Hagaman (Amanda), Kyle Hagaman (Chelsie), Garrett Formo (Abigail), Michael Korby (Jami Krog), Ashley Geske (Bob), Trevor Muchow (Becky), Tyler Muchow (Ashley), Kristi Thunselle (Gary Thorstenson), Brian Hutchins (Jody), Wayne Hutchins (Toni), Brandy Bouchard, Justin Marshall, Heather Marshall, Jessica Jennen (Dean Paulson) and Ryan Muchow (Tracy Evavold); and his sisters, Jeanette Williams and Sally Christenson. He is also survived by 31 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren.

Memorials are preferred to St. Olaf Cemetery.
