He is survived by: his son Chad Kugler (Laura) of Fergus Falls; his grandchildren, Taylor Andersen (Blair) of Moorhead and Chase Kugler of Fergus Falls; his siblings, Verona Bell (Steve), Doug Kugler (Terry) and Wayne Kugler; and his close friends, Scott and Jane Neubauer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
