She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Anderson and Clara Anderson (Martinson); her husband Bob Ehlert; her children, Carrie Jo Ehlert and Bobby Ehlert; her siblings, Orlo Anderson, Lynn Anderson, Cal Anderson, Marcella Heitkamp, Wanda Hought and Karen Larson; and her son-in-law Wayne'Bozo'Colby.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Ehlert (Jane), Carol Colby, Bill Ehlert (Liz) and Caren Lau; her grandchildren, Casey Ehlert (Candace), Michael Ehlert (Jenn), Gina Erickson (Gary), Laura Ehlert, Sara Ehlert, Robbie Ehlert (Michelle), Kerri Ehlert-Buckingham (Tony), Kelsey Zelinsky (Logan), Andrew Ehlert (Gretchen), Rebecca Theisen (Kyle), Jenny Petersen (Butch), Travis Farren (Lee), Bill Ehlert (Jessica), Annie Ehlert, Emily Deal, Elsie (Jason Opp) and Riley Lau; her brothers, Leroy Anderson (Joan) and Keith Anderson (Eileen); and her siblings-in-law, Ginny Anderson, Judy Carlson and Johnny Hought. She is also survived by 36 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church (207 N Vine St, Fergus Falls, MN 56537). A Mass was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Family asks that memorials be made to Our Lady of Victory School or Vivie Hospice.
