He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Hallett and Adeline Hallett (Groen); his son Randy Hallett; his parents-in-law, Howard and Inga Larson; and his brothers-in-law, Darrell Larson, Duane Larson and Dan Andreasen.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Larson of Fergus Falls; his children, DeAnn Hallett of West Fargo and Ryan Hallett (Amy) of Argusville; his grandchildren, Toni Jablonsky (Levi), Traci, Denton Diegel, Eric, Alicia, Brandon Hallett, Gavin, Taylor and Kinley Hallett; his great grandchildren, Murphy and Rick Jablonsky; his siblings, Peggy Braaten (David) and Valley; and his siblings-in-law, DeVon Larson, Roger Larson (Ranae), Larry Larson (Kathy), Dianne Larson and Debara Andreasen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
