He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Qualley and Kjrstina "Stina" Qualley (Fladhammer); his in-laws, Frank, Ann Tadych, Ernest, Milton, Clayton, Alfred, Arnold and Leo; his sister Jeanette (Sullivan); and his grandson Garrett Qualley.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie (Tadych); his children, Paul (Terri) of Fertile, MN, Doyle (Michelle) of Mentor, MN, Chad (April) of Ada, MN, Nicole Ferguson (Troy) of Plummer, MN and Kyle (Jolene) of Plummer, MN; and his grandchildren, Cathy, Travis, Ryan, Jonathan, Mike, Breanna, Jessica, Tristyn, Damon, Molly and Tera.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Maple Lake Lutheran Church (13960 380th St SE, Fertile, MN 56540). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A prayer was held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
