He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian Groth (Kangas); his parents, Fred Groth and Albertha Groth; and his brother David Groth. He is survived by: his daughters, LeAnn Groth and Tracy Johnson (Groth); his son-in-law Jamie Johnson; his grandchildren, Caidyn, Teegyn and Aubryn Johnson; and his siblings, Karen Groth and Bob Groth (Bill Hansen). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to be designated to his grandchildren.
