It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Amie Lynn Santini of Finlayson, Minnesota, born in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 18, 2024, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Marjorie Gechas and Joseph Gechas; and her grandparents, Clifford (Bud), Cecilia Smith (Zada), Anthony and Beverly Gechas.

She is survived by : her daughter Nicole Cecilia Santini (Harley) of Maplewood, MN; her former life partner Jose Santini of Orlando, FL; her siblings, Doreen Bailey (Jesse Button) of Rhinelander, WI, Joseph Gechas (Michelle) of Rhinelander, WI, James Gechas of Rhinelander, WI, Andrew Gechas (Joanna) of Hinckley, MN and Trisha Zunk (Jason) of Rhinelander, WI; and her cousin Tasha Scullard (Robert) of Sandstone, MN.. She is also survived by Many nieces and nephews; aunts, uncles, cousins, and very dear friends.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Methven Funeral and Cremation Services (114 5th St, Sandstone, MN 55072). The military honors will be held on Saturday, June 1st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Newbold Memorial Cemetery.
