We are sad to announce that, on November 27, 2020, at the age of 78, Bernard Winkelman of Foley, Minnesota, born in Santiago, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Winkelman and Clara Winkelman (Balder); and his siblings, Myrtle David, Ralph Winkelman, Delbert Winkelman, Mary Ann Neumann and Gerald Winkelman.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Herbst; his children, Gail Bialke (Brian), Brad (Nicole) and Pam Foss (Joel); his grandchildren, Dalton and Brock Bialke; his children, Noah, Amelia, Logan Winkelman, Alex, Mitchell, Clara Foss and Josh Urbanski; and his sisters-in-law, Teresa Winkelman and Eleanor Winkelman.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the family understands if you are unable to attend.
Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
