She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Braatz and Margaret Braatz (Kroeger); her stepmother Olga Braatz (Erwin); her siblings, Werner, Laura, Margret, Louis, Dorothy, Robert and Ruth; her daughter-in-law Suzanne Vaudt (Scheper); and her grandson Adam Vaudt.
She is survived by: her children, Rev. Steven Vaudt (Eileen) of Weston, WI, Rebecca Telander (Craig) of Hazelwood, MO, Kathryn Walter (Duane), Thomas Vaudt (Betty Proell) and Johnathan Vaudt (Bonnie) of Prescott Valley, AZ. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (724 11th Ave, Foley, MN 56329). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. John's Luthern-Cemetery (6855 Golden Spike Rd NE, Sauk Rapids, MN 56379).
