He is survived by: his wife Janet 'Jan Holden; his children, Tony (Anastasia), Clairissa, Maria, Avery, Brenden of Sauk Rapids, Amy, James, John, Veronica, Joseph of Elk Grove, IL, Nicole Hydukovich (Paul), Charlie, Andy and Will of St. Michael; and also Lorraine Putzke of Plymouth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
