She was predeceased by: her parents, George Balder and Mary Balder (Doyle); her husband Bill Kasner; her son Bob; her son-in-law Wayne Shultz; and her siblings, Kathleen Winkelman, Richard Balder, Clifford Balder and Terese Weis.
She is survived by: her children, Mike (Marsha), Mary Jean Shultz, Ann Marie Stoll (Lyle), Eden Prairie and Tom (Lori); and her daughter-in-law Tricia Kasner. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A prayer was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Foley Funeral Home (221 2nd Ave, Foley, MN 56329). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John's Catholic Church (221 2nd Ave, Foley, MN 56329). A burial was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. John's Catholic Cemetery (221 2nd Ave, Foley, MN 56329). A reception was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at 11025 Duelm Rd NE, Foley, MN 56329.
