He is survived by: his wife Dianna (Forsyth); his children, Shawn, Kelly, Kerry, Tom and Matt; and his siblings, Bonnie (Balder), Mark (Lynn) and Chris (Debbie). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
