He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Otto and Ellen Otto (Hanson); and his brothers, Leo, Bob and Conrad.
He is survived by: his former wife Rose Dinwiddle; his wife Jan of Foley; his children, Raymond F Otto Jr. (Joanie) and Wanda J; his brother Joseph H. Otto; his grandchild Jesse T; his stepchildren, Victoria Jones (Ken), Rebecca Carston (Charles), Raymond Friedmann (Susie Bradley) and Sarah Dalman (Ezra); and his stepgrandchildren, Charles, Catherine, Christopher, Ellie, Hannah, Bailey, Kari, Jenny, Milo and Cash. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, 6 step great grandchildren and many friends.
Because of Ray's giving nature, memorials to the cause of your choice are preferred in leu of flowers.
