He was predeceased by: his parents, William V. Kampa and Anna Kampa (Winkelman); his wife Jackie of Anthony's Catholic Church; his daughter Michelle; his son-in-law Patrick; and his siblings, Delores Levandowski, Alfreda Jacquemart, Evelyn Kampa, Virgeline Bastien, Merrill Kampa, Gen Weiler, William and Tina Rein.
He is survived by: his children, Joe (Michele), Sharon Kampa, Patty Theis (Jerry), Connie Bauman (Ken), Julie Thompson (Paul) of Reno, NV, Becky Rasmusson (Bernie) and Kathy Lewandowski (Lyle); his sister Lucy Bechtold; his sister-in-law Eileen Kampa of Andover; and also, Danny and Debbie. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
Memorial are preferred in lieu of flowers to the Poor Clares or a charity of your choice.
