It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Adrian Joseph Franssen of Forest Lake, Minnesota, who passed away on June 14, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian and Mary Ann; and his former wives, Suzanne and Linda. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Brenda Hewitt (Dave), Michelle Shultz (Bill), Cristy LaVallie, Leah Paulsen (Michael) and Richard Wood; his grandchildren, Charlene (Bill), Elizabeth, Alyssa, Isabelle, George, Benjamin and Madeline; his great grandchild Caydan; his siblings, Barb Johnson (Dale), Michael Franssen and Susie Vanyo; and his friend Bob. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 20168 St Croix Trail N, Scandia, MN 55073. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Scandia Marine Lions and the Scandia Fire Department.
