He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Matt (Steph Ecklund) and Jody; his grandchildren, Tyler, Kaydin, Jaise, Brinkley, Kamryn, Kendall and Aleciea; and his siblings, Charlotte Embry, Audrey Mlodzik, Ronnie, Lonnie (Lori) and Connie Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
