She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond Witherill and Myra Witherill; her sister Barbara; her daughters, Dawn and Tamara; and her husband Lester "Bud" Mayo.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mattson Funeral Home & Cremation Service (343 N Shore Dr, Forest Lake, MN 55025). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mattson Funeral Home (343 N Shore Dr, Forest Lake, MN 55025). A burial was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Crystal Lake Cemetery (3816 N Penn Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55412).
