He is survived by: his wife Annie; his sons, Mike Haseltine (Orleen), Kevin Haseltine (Suzanne), Tom Haseltine (Melissa) and Chad Haseltine (Melissa); and his brother Eldon Haseltine. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
