He was predeceased by: his parents, Joesph Motko and Agnes Motko (Evansick); his wife Lynda Anne Matko (Rouche); and his siblings, Tom, Ted, Joe and Mary.
He is survived by: his sons, Reid Matko of Minneapolis, MN, Owen Matko (Alane) of Shoreview, MN and Kirk Matko (Deborah) of Forest Lake, MN.; and his grandsons, Christopher, Thomas Matko of Shoreview, MN, Mason Matko of Wichita Falls, TX and Tyler Matko of Forest Lake, MN..
