She was predeceased by : her parents, Frederick and Martha; her son Jay Jr.; and her siblings, Marlys Moreland, Gary Nelson, Dawn Forgie, Jack Burback, Tom Burback and Gerri Carlson.

She is survived by : her husband Jay; her children, Jim Casarez, Jeff Casarez and Jennifer Welsh (Chris); her grandchildren, AJ, James, Antonio, Anthony, Tyler, Jeff Jr., Gabrielle, Kaylee, Chloe and Michael; and her siblings, Gretchen Coppinger, Mary VonDeLinde (Rick) and Bob Nelson (Eliana). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
