He was predeceased by: his parents, Lempi Perala (Anderson) and Walter Jalmer Perala; and his siblings, Joseph, Delores (Dede), Menze (Orland), Loraine Olson (Rueben), Floyd Perala, Jim Perala (Lois), Jess Perala and Jack Perala (Audrey).
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Perala (Collander); his son Scott Perala (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Patrick and Hannah Perala; his son Walter Perala (Suzi); his granddaughter Ashley Perala; and his sister-in-law Beverly Perala of Lawrenceville, GA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
