He is survived by: his significant other Lonna Doran; his children, Nicholas Theis (Jana), Nichole Phillips (Lance) and Marie Larson (Chris); his grandchildren, Jonathon, Elizabeth (Kevin), Samantha (Daniel), Clara (Weston), Cinthia (Beau), Krystal, Angelo, Justin, Luther and Lakota; his great grandchildren, Serafina, Genevieve and Persephone; his sisters, Michelle Ziegler (Ron), Jeanne Iverson (Doug) and Mary Knickerbocker (Rich); and his pet Blackie. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
