He is survived by : his wife Holly Larson; his daughters, Kathryn Merrifield (Brian) and Christa Olson; and his grandchildren, Angel Olson, Dylan Merrifield, Daniel Olson and Austin Merrifield. He is also survived by his children, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
