He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Terry (Lisa), Jon (Lauren), Kari Shak (Steve) and Kristi Karels (Jay); his grandchildren, Samantha, Nick, Zack, Ally, Henry, Charlotte, Jaeda, Kalea, Rio, Makai, Koa, Sydnee and Rylee; and his sisters, Judie Mattson (Wayne) and Mary Feldstein. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
