He is survived by: his children, Linda Knutson of Crookston, MN, Susan Christen of Fosston and Mark Frethem (Renee) of Wadena, MN; his grandchildren, Derek Knutson (Emily), Sarah Danielson (Bret), Aaron Knutson (Anna Petry), Melissa Christen (Danny Goldsmith), Scott Christen (Willow), Amy Hiedeman (Todd), Jeremy Frethem, Matthew Frethem and Jordan Frethem; his great grandchildren, Caleb Danielson, Carly Danielson, Caley Danielson, Drew Knutson, Cora Knutson, James Knutson, Thomas Knutson, Zoey Nelson (Warren), Will Christen, McKenzie Hiedeman, Hailey Hiedeman and Caden Hiedeman; his great great grandchild Beau Nelson; his sisters-in-law, Carol Smeby and Phyllis Larson of Fosston; and his nieces, Marilyn Wogsland, Carol Cover (Tom) and Mary Salvhus. He is also survived by son nieces and nephews.
