She was predeceased by: her parents, Knute Sannes and Cora Sannes (Swenson); her stepfather William "Bill" Schacher (Albert); her children, Alan, Laurel Skala and Eileen; her great grandchild Camryn Skala; and her siblings-in-law, Marvel Heide, Everett Schulz and Martha Schulz.
She is survived by: her sons, Roger of Fosston, Neil (Val) of Lengby, MN and Steve (Esther) of Savage, MN; her grandchildren, Jennifer Burnside (Brady), Jamie Swenson (Dave), Josh Skala (Heather), Chris Mowers, Chelsie Johnson, Ethan, Tyson, Jude, Ibukunmi and Cora Heide; her sister-in-law Deloris Heide; and her son-in-law Larry Skala. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
