He was predeceased by: his parents, George Borud and Esther Borud; his former wife Marlyss Rindahl; and his sons, George Einar and Peter Andrew.
He is survived by: his wife Colleen Borud; and his children, Dawn Helene, Daniel Borud, Sonja Sutton and Solveig Overturf (Brett). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four Great grandchildren.
