He is survived by: his mother Berniece Carlin (Brekke) of Fosston; his girlfriend Jackie Arnold; his daughters, Kailey Jacobson (Kory) of Fosston and Kelsey Blazek (Kaven) of Bagley, MN; his grandchildren, Bryson Blazek, Olivia Jacobson and Brynlee Blazek; his siblings, Kim Roysland (Mike) of Fosston, John (Cathy) of Fosston and Jean-Luc Hofman (Isabelle) of Belgium; his uncle Bud; his aunts, Joan Brekke of Edmore, ND, Barbara Carlin of Fosston and Ida Carlin of Martinez, CA; his mother-in-law Linda Arnold of Blackduck, MN; his sisters-in-law, Connie Arnold of Fosston, Jennifer Bonfigli (Travis) of Odenton, MD and Lori Arnold (Pete Nelson) of Fosston; and his pet Ava. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great niece, great nephews, cousins.
