We announce the death of Joyce Tougas of Fosston, Minnesota, who passed away on June 26, 2026, at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Dessellier and Alexina Dessellier (Carriere); her husband Ludger Tougas; her daughter Donna Tougas; her granddaughter Paula Rae; and her great grandchild Trapper.
She is survived by: her children, Duane Tougas (Gloria) of Fargo, ND, Darrell Tougas (Sandra) of Oklee, MN, Donald Tougas (Lonna) of Strasburg, ND, Darrin Tougas of Moorhead, MN, Dean Tougas (Nancy) of Mooreton, ND, Deborah Swanson (Alan) of Goodridge, MN and Diane Bladow of Oklee, MN; and her brothers, Eugene Dessellier (Margaret) and Vincent Dessellier (Shirley). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren.
