Viola Hand Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Viola Hand of Fosston, Minnesota, who passed away on April 13, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Francis Hand of Joseph's Catholic Church; her parents, Gerhard "Jerry" Klinkhammer and Loretta "Laura" Klinkhammer (Kirsch); her sons, Richard and Paul; her siblings, Marie Straub, Lenora Scott, Joseph, Alphonse and Gerald Klinkhammer; and her grandchildren, Jacqueline and Zachary Hand.

She is survived by : her children, Douglas (Linda) of Fosston and LaVonne "Bonnie" of Bemidji, MN; her daughters-in-law, Debbie Hand of Moorhead, MN and Suzanne Hand of Port Townsend, WA; her siblings, Lucille Bjerke (Wilbur) of Spokane, WA, Cecilia Mazour of Mahnomen, Clarence Klinkhammer of Montana, Ray Klinkhammer (Sandy) of Mahnomen, MN and Donald Klinkhammer (Joyce) of Lake Park, MN; and her grandchildren, Ben Hand (Ashley), Dominic Hand (Megan), Jon Hand (Lori), Tony Hand (McKenzie), Monique Nelson (Alex), Abby Daggett (Gary), Lucas Hand (Krista), Jordan Hand (Brianna), Cory Hand, Travis Hand (Morgan) and Brady Hand (Sara). She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
