She was predeceased by: her father Gene Ankrum; and her husband Dale Schlink. She is survived by: her mother Lois Ankrum; her children, Deidre "Dede" Christensen (Kris), Ryan Walters (Jo'el) and Shawn Will (Lauren); her grandchildren, Tyler, Kaleb Pozanc, Kaitlyn Walters, Koby, Kayli, Brooklyn Walters and Riley Volkman; and her pet Pearl.
