With sadness, we share the passing of Sharone P. Rustad of Fountain, Minnesota. Sharone, born on November 13, 1961, passed away on October 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Conrad; her parents-in-law, Duane and Donna Rustad (Graskamp); and her sisters-in-law, Rita Nierenhausen (Rustad) and Teresa Rustad.
She is survived by: her husband Scott Rustad; her children, Sam and Sierra Rustad; her brother-in-law Greg Rustad (Delayne); and her nieces and nephews, Kaitlynn Falkner (Aug), Jordyn Bentson, Nick and Mitch Nierenhausen. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Christ Lutheran Church (509 Kansas St NW, Preston, MN 55965). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Since she was a lover of all animals, memorials are preferred to the Paws and Claws Humane Society of Rochester or to your local animal rescue organization.
