He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Dean (Lori), Heidi Clements (Greg) and Kaylea Burlingame (Josh); his grandchildren, Cory Gibson, Kelsey Gibson, Holden, Harlow and Harrison Burlingame; his great grandchildren, Bennett Gibson, Aria and Mattea Thompson; and his nieces and nephews, Sandy Mock, Chuck Hayes and Don Hayes.
