He is survived by: his children, Scott Fowler (Sue), Jodie Norling (Bill), Karen Fowler and Patti Zafke (Joe); and his brothers, Colin Fowler (Coleen) and Donald Fowler. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
