He was predeceased by: his parents, Rod and Harriett (Debbie); and his son Matt (Jenny). He is survived by: his sons, Erik and Bob (Alice); his grandchildren, Barrett, Brady, Wyatt and Emma; and his sisters, Janene Hawkins (Steve) and Cindy Carlson (Mark). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Redeemer Lutheran Church (61 Mississippi St NE, Fridley, MN 55432). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials made to the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation dedicated to Jerry are preferred.
