She was predeceased by: her parents, George Violette and Fern Violette; her grandson Ross Allen Frankenfield; and her brother-in-law Timothy Ready. She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Kelly), John (Beth), Greg (Marissa), Tom (Bonni) and Dave Frankenfield (Laura); her siblings, George Jr. Violette (Mary Kay), Linda Ojile (Mike Sr.) and Mary Jo Durand (Bruce); and her former husband Raymond Frankenfield (Bev). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, loving relatives and friends.

Sharon's final wishes were that gifts or donations could be made in her name to Camp Knutson (campknutson.lssmn.org).
