Though Victor may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his parents, Burton Blackwell (Barbara) and Norma Ballin; and his siblings, Aaron, Nate, Nick, Andre, Daniel, David, Lizzie and Tyler. He is also survived by many relatives and good friends.
