He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Kukkonen and Edna Kukkonen; his wife Fran Kukkonen; his children, John Kukkonen (Kristen), Paul Kukkonen, James Kukkonen (Brooklyn) and Lori Shelton (David); his grandchildren, Wesley, Kyler, Liam, Miles, Colten and Porter; his siblings, Dianne Lundeen and Mark Kukkonen (Holly); Walt. He was also cherished by Dad to his four children.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Redeemer Lutheran Church (61 Mississippi St NE, Fridley, MN 55432). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
