He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Timm and Alice Timm (Brueske); his wife Betty Timm; and his siblings, Laurel Timm, Myrlen Timm and Phyllis Ramsdell.
He is survived by: his sons, Bradley Timm (Cheri) of Garfield, Gaylen Timm (Bonnie) of Hutchinson, MN and Brent (Heather) of Alexandria; his grandchildren, Ryan (Laura), Brady, Geoffrey, Aaron, Allyson, Laura (John Vorhees), Brienna and Zachary; his great grandchildren, Emma and Asher; his siblings, Dale Timm (Phyllis), Janice Esala (Ken), Gerald Timm (Susan) and Kathy Johnson (Wayne); his sister-in-law Marlys Timm; and his friend Peggy Lien. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials are preferred to St. John's Lutheran Church of Garfield or to the Garfield Fire Department.
