It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kim Joy Verret of Garrison, Minnesota, born in Kenmare, North Dakota, who passed away on September 19, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Steve Houle; her husband Gary Verret; her stepfather Mike O'Leary; and her brother Kenneth Knecht. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Knecht (Arlene) and Karyl O'Leary; her sons, Nick Bratland (Amber) and Scott Houle (Sharon); her grandchildren, Zac, Riley, Emma, Lilly, Oliva, Baron, Paisley, Charles, Kaleb and Kristian; her close friends, Salina and Jack; her uncle George Clark (Diane); and her cousins, Tammy Baumann and Jeff Heilman.
