He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert'Bob' Thompson and Muriel Thompson (Rubbelke); and his brother-in-law Dennis Svoboda. He is survived by: his daughters, Holly Thompson of Minneapolis and Kelsey Thompson of Fairbanks, AK; his sisters, Catherine'Cathy'Thompson (Larry Hovgaard) of Garrison and Lorri Svoboda of Brainerd; Holly, Kelsey and Lisa Lauer (Svoboda) of Blaine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
