He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Dooner and Martha Dooner (Johnson); his son Scott; and his siblings, Clarence, Don, Dorothy Rebstock, Lois Frank, Shirley Brandjord, Donna Eisenbacher and Kathleen Perazzo.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Hawton of Gaylord; his children, Vicki Sauter (Lee) of Belle Plaine, Robin Hartmann (Mike) of Red Wing and Michael Dooner of Newton, NJ; his daughter-in-law Terri Nelson (Dooner); and his sister JoAnn Holien of Granite Falls. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Paul's Lutheran Church or Ridgeview Hospice.
