He was predeceased by: his father Arthur "Tony" Urevig. He is survived by: his mother Verda Urevig; his wife Julie; his stepdaughters, Elizabeth "Liz" Bunjer (Travis DeVos), Catherine "Katie" Kuehl and Caroline Greve (Taylor); and his siblings, Kelly Frankenfield (Michael) of Faribault, MN, Kerry Backholm (Steve) of Walker, MN, Sarah Wanner (Patrick) and Paul Urevig (Regena) of Watertown, SD. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and eight step-grandchildren.
