With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kathleen Swanson (Gilbert, Minnesota), born in Eveleth, Minnesota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Kathleen left this world on July 13, 2025 at the age of 74, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Knaus and John Knaus; her son Eric Jurenic; and her sisters, Ida "Tweetsy" Jegloski and Jeanne Bartman.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa McNamee (Shoden); and her grandchildren, Cody, Jordyn, Michael, Chandler, Breanna, Amanda, Dylan and Gabriel.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Gilbert VFW.
