He is survived by : his wife Verona; his children, Michael Kosek, Patricia Jacques (Chris), Julie Teubert and Carla Feltmann (Brent); his daughter-in-law Karen Kosek (Joel Klaustermeier); his grandchildren, Katie Ryks (Justin), Kim Kosek (Joseph Goettl), Jamie Kosek (Jon Richer), Carter Kosek, Travis Jacques, Jennifer Jacques, Amanda Plieseis (Troy), Beau Teubert (Hannah Wisch), Austin Feltmann (Lexy Wills) and Abby Feltmann; his great grandchildren, Ian, Emma, Raegan, Addie and Carson; his siblings, Edward Kosek, Roger Kosek and Darlene Babatz (Milo); and his sister-in-law Liz Kosek. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
