She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Toutges and Elayne Toutges (Koestler); her husband James Stramer; her parents-in-law, Joseph and Marguerite Stramer; her siblings-in-law, Carroll Stramer, Gerald Stramer, Janet Stramer and Vernon Stramer; her daughters-in-law, Sheri Stramer and Jeannie Stramer; and her grandson Chad Woodall.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Stramer (Karmen), Julie Woodall (Jerry Hoese), Jon Stramer (Tami) and Jerry Stramer (Casie Paulsrud); her grandchildren, Whitney Behny (Tory), Jay Woodall (Katy Hagen), Andrew Woodall, Jamison Stramer (Elaine), Kara Nickolay (Matthew), Carly Erdmann (Johnny) and Cole Stramer (Katelyn Shipler); her great grandchildren, Chloe, Faith, Hailey, Carter and Hana; her sister Jeanette Meyer; and her siblings-in-law, Dennis Stramer (Sherryl), Luella Stramer, Muriel Stramer and Karen Stramer. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Other relatives.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of St. Pius X (1014 Knight Ave N, Glencoe, MN 55336). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
