It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Rooney of Glenwood, Minnesota, who passed away on July 3, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Joseph and Viola Anna Rooney (Lokowitch); her brother Dan Rooney; her nephews, Jason and Rusty Rooney; and her siblings-in-law, Sandy Rooney and Steve Lysen.
She is survived by: her siblings, Marilynn Lysen of Glenwood, Jean Rooney of Brooten, Ron Rooney (Ilona) of Emily, Tom Rooney of Brooten, Tim Rooney of Montrose and Tony Rooney of Sedan; and her siblings' children, Stefanie Steinhofer (Donny), Kristi Hendershot (James), Karla Petermann (Shawn), Amy VanZee (Jason), Kris Hanson (Kyle), Andy Rooney (Jana), Dwayne Davis (Viki), Weldon Rooney (Denise), Scott Rooney, Pat Rooney (Heidi), John Lysen (Becky), Nathan Rooney (Kayla) and Bill Kellogg (Tina).
