He is survived by: his father J. W. "Bill" Forse; his daughter Diane Michele Forse of Williamsburg; his grandchildren, Stephen Dickinson of Minneapolis, Joshua Dickinson of Portland, OR and Samantha Dickinson of Anchorage, AK; his brother John Forse (Cheryl); and his nieces, Erin, Nicole, Tanya, Elisa and Lorien.
